Rediscover Your Balance with Mindfulness – Designed for Busy Women
You have a career, a family, a household to manage—and somewhere in between, you try to find time for yourself. But what happens when it all becomes too much?
When you feel like you’re teetering on the edge of burnout, or perhaps you’re already in the midst of one?
This 8-week mindfulness training helps you restore balance in your life. You’ll learn how to focus on what truly matters, how to manage stress more effectively, and how to recharge yourself in a healthy way—not by doing more, but by letting go and simply being.
🔹 Please note: This is an 8-week training, but to ensure you have plenty of time to complete all lessons, you will have access to the course for one full year.
Is this training right for you?
Mindfulness is for everyone…
That’s certainly true, but not every form of mindfulness is suitable for every individual. That’s why there are variations designed for children, teenagers, and different needs.
This online training is specifically designed for adults without severe psychological conditions. This does not mean mindfulness is unsuitable for those with such conditions, but the guidance provided in this training is tailored to a general audience.
If you’re unsure whether this training is right for you, you can use the guidelines below or contact us at info@onlinemindfulnesscompassion.eu for further advice.
- Are you currently experiencing depression?
If you are currently struggling with depression, mindfulness can be beneficial—but not in an individual online setting. Please reach out for guidance in finding the right support for your situation.
If you have experienced depression in the past, you can follow this training. However, if you find yourself struggling at any point, make sure to seek professional support. - Have you experienced psychosis in the past or present?
If you have a history of psychosis, mindfulness can be helpful, but it should always be practiced under the supervision of a psychologist or psychiatrist. This online, individual training is not suitable in such cases. - Do you have AD(H)D?
This mindfulness training can help improve your concentration, which can be beneficial if you have AD(H)D. However, please note that some meditations in this course last 40-45 minutes, which may feel long. That’s okay! If you’re looking for adapted meditations, feel free to reach out.
