Section 1 – About the courses
The online courses offer guided mindfulness and compassion practices that support awareness, emotional balance and a kinder relationship with yourself. They invite you to slow down, notice what is present, and meet your experience with curiosity and care.
The courses are suitable for anyone who feels drawn to meditation, mindfulness and compassion, whether you are completely new or already familiar with these practices. You do not need any special background or experience.
For both the meditation and mindfulness training you do no need any experience. Everything is explained step by step, in simple and accessible language. You are invited to begin exactly where you are. For the compassion training knowledge about meditation and/or mindfulness is advised.
Section 2 – Course format & pace
Yes. All courses are self-paced, which means you can follow them in your own time and at your own rhythm.
Lessons are designed to be manageable and supportive, even alongside a busy life. Each lesson takes approximately 45 minutes. You are free to pause, repeat or take breaks whenever you need. It is advised to do the homework provided with the lesson for approximately a week before you start the next lesson. Dependent on the course it will consist of 3-9 lessons (so 3-9 weeks).
No. There are no fixed schedules or live meetings, unless this is clearly stated on the course page.
Section 3 – Accessing your course
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your login details.
You can then log in via “My Account” on the website and find your course under “My Courses”.
Please make sure you are logged in with the same email address you used during checkout.
Then go to “My Account” → “My Courses”.

Yes. The learning platform works on desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
After purchase, you have access to the course for one full year.
This gives you plenty of time to move through the material at your own pace, revisit lessons, and return to practices whenever you wish.
After this period, your access to the course platform will end.
Many of the guided meditations used in the course can be found on Insight Timer, where you are welcome to continue practising in your own way.
Section 4 – Payment & refunds
Payments are processed securely via our website. All available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Any applicable VAT is displayed during checkout, so you know exactly what you are paying.
We understand that sometimes a course may not be the right fit. Please refer to our refund policy for details. If you have questions or concerns, you are very welcome to contact us.
Section 5 – Support
The courses are designed for independent study, unless otherwise specified. Any form of personal guidance or additional support is clearly mentioned on the course page.
